Managing common problems associated with braces at home.

Orthodontic treatment these days have become very patient friendly because of the advancements in techniques and materials. However there is usually an initial period of 2-4 weeks during which the patient may experience mild pain or discomfort in teeth, may develop ulcers, have difficulty in speaking clearly or experience increased salivation. However all these problems are transitory in nature which can be easily managed with some home remedies & patience. How to brush while undergoing treatment with braces?
